Well in the midst of finishing the grey
ghost and the Silverfox getting reworked, I stumbled across
a 89GT that was in very nice form. Unable to pass up the
deal, I bought the car and just anticipated on storing
in the garage till spring. Well we all know how good intentions
usually lead to a lot of problems. After talking to some
racing buddies, and going through my garage, I realized
that I had the makings of a 12 second street car just
sitting there.
So we made a parts list, set the budget,
and posted the project. The grey ghost will not take a
back burner, she is due for a roll cage in mid August
so she should hit the track before the season closes hopefully,
if not January is right around the corner.
We will be posting some of the details as
we go, well as much as we can. Unfortunately, tuning is
going to be a major issue on here, so a lot of the stuff
we will be doing will have to remain unknown (until we
are actually certain it will work!!).
