The chassis started with a 87 notchback
that lived its former life as 4 cylinder car. Boy is it
going to be happy now! Minor modifications now include
subframe connectors with UPR adjustable uppers and lowers
in the rear.
The front has seen a new tubular K-member
added that is currently awaiting the new motor. The front
suspension also witnessed the addition of coilover springs
that will aid in keeping the monster straight and out
of the wall!
The car will see a custom 6 or 8 point custom
cage via St. Mary's Georgia and Performance
Chassis. Specifics have yet to be finalized, and will
depend mostly on timing issues and upcoming race events.
We will post more pictures as the car progresses
into its latter stages of completion!
UPDATE 1/19/2004:
The cage is finally in and all that is to
be done now is the electrical gremlins that can't seemed
to be found!!!
