What started out years ago as a twin for Project Vette Killer has now turned into a full blown race setup. Javier purchased Silverfox's 393 setup and with the help of Brent Frazier is close to having the motor ready to assemble.
Although Javier purchased everything necessary from Scott, he has since had the crank rebalanced, completely replaced the pistons, and had the rods reworked again. He will be going with a custom PA tranny with a few tweaks here and there for some extra strength.
The chassis already boasts a nice cage and is unbelievably light even with the driver! Javier will be running a set of Trick Flow "R" heads that have been slightly worked by Brent Frazier. The car should see around 500 rear-wheel horsepower (wink, wink) before it goes calling for help from the power adder.
